How to Calculate Bmi Formula


Are we already pretty sure that the height and weight we ideal? or even we classified as skinny, normal or even overweight? how important for your body mass index? it is true body mass index can not guarantee person is said healthy, there are other things that also affect the health and ideal of the human body.
Health is an asset that is not priceless, so do not wonder how we are can afford to pay only for the purchase of health, whether there are people who want to get sick? of course not, we all want health, well as our bodies we certainly do not want to say skinny or overweight, for it is very important to know whether we are now classified as obese or skinny. how to calculate bmi ?
As I described in my previous article, bmi is a relationship between weight and height, easy enough to use this bmi formula, follow calculation is based on the WHO standard bmi formula:
  
BMI = weight (in kg) / (height (in meter) x height (in meter))



Example : Ary body weighs 65 kg with a height of 1,7 meters, calculation :
BMI    = 65 / (1,7 m x 1,7 m) = 22,49
 
With a weight of 65 kg and a height of 1.7 meters, it turns Ary based on the WHO standard classified as having normal weight.
